Payment Disclosure Information
Please read the following information before submitting payment
-Membership Dues must be paid in full before opening day.
-Memberships are sold on a first come first serve basis.
-Check or money order should be mailed with completed membership form to Brookside Swim Club,
P.O. Box 42054, Cincinnati Ohio 45242. DO NOT MAIL TO BROOKSIDE STREET ADDRESS.
-Partial payments may be made by check or money order throughout the off season and mailed to the above address. We do not accept partial credit card payments.
-Returned Checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
-Credit card prices below include dues, sales tax, and processing fees of 3.9% plus $.49.
-Refunds for online payments will not include processing fees.
-No refunds partial or full will be made after opening day.
-We do not offer any pro-rated membership dues after opening day.
